Savoring Kotsu Shoyu Ramen at Honke Daiichi Asahi

After a 40-minute wait in line, I finally got to try the Kotsu Shoyu Ramen. The soup is incredibly flavorful, with a rich pork taste and a light soy sauce base. The noodles are perfectly cooked, soft but not mushy, and absorb the broth beautifully. The pork is so tender it melts in your mouth. It's definitely worth the wait and a must-try ramen spot in Kyoto, comparable to the best I've had in Fukuoka.
