Getting a Tattoo in Kyoto, Japan | Mini Travel Vlog

My friend Austen and I went to TSINK! Tattoo in Kyoto. When we arrived, we put on little slippers and met with Kana, the artist. I wanted a ginkgo leaf tattoo and literally found one on the ground to bring in for her to copy, and she did a perfect job. Austen went first, and then it was my turn. Kana gave me the stencil to place myself, and once I was happy with it, she put the proper stencil on. After one more quick review of the placement, we got started. It didn't hurt at all, and the entire tattoo was probably done within about an hour. I could not be happier with my fine line ginkgo leaf tattoo!
