Creator's voice- Hinai-jidori Oyakodon and Inaniwa Udon Set — This set features Hinai-jidori Oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) and Inaniwa Udon. The udon noodles are surprisingly thin but incredibly chewy and delicious, perfect for a hot day. The oyakodon has a rich dashi broth, tender chicken, and wonderfully runny eggs – absolutely delicious!

Creator's voice- Namamorokoshi (Fresh Morokoshi) — We bought Namamorokoshi, a fresh version of the traditional Morokoshi sweet. It's a Japanese confection made from bean flour that pairs wonderfully with tea. We were able to sample four different types before buying.
