Searching for the Demon's Handprint at Mitsuishi Shrine

I came to Mitsuishi Shrine to look for the legendary demon's handprint on the large rocks. The legend says that a demon's handprint on these rocks is the origin of Iwate's name. It's a fun challenge to try and spot it, even if you're not sure what a demon's hand would look like! There's even a face-cutout panel to become a demon yourself.

The owner is very knowledgeable and even gave tips on how to brew coffee for a lighter or richer taste. The coffee itself is delicious, with a wonderful aftertaste and a bright, fruity, yet sweet aroma. I loved it so much I bought some beans to take home!
