Nagasaki's oldest stone bridge, dating back to 1634. It's known as 'Glasses Bridge' because its reflection in the river is said to resemble a pair of glasses. The entire stretch of river around it is beautiful, with clean water, fish, and turtles.

Night Views and a Triple Cheeseburger at Mt. Inasa
Head up to Mt. Inasa Observatory for one of Japan's top three night viewing spots, offering incredible views overlooking Nagasaki Bay. While there, you can find what might be the best burger I've ever had in Japan, served from a shipping container. We even had a challenge to see who could eat a massive triple wagyu cheeseburger the fastest – it's like the weight of a small child! Even if you don't do the challenge, the normal-sized burgers are very good, and the views are stunning.

Located on a 333-meter high peak overlooking Nagasaki Bay, this observatory is considered one of Japan's top three night viewing spots. It offers incredible panoramic views of the city lights. There's also a burger restaurant on the summit, operating out of a shipping container, which serves excellent wagyu beef burgers.

Triple Wagyu Cheeseburger — A massive burger, described as having 'the weight of a small child,' made with wagyu beef. It's a challenge to eat due to its size, but the wagyu beef is excellent.

Exploring Gunkanjima (Battleship Island)
Hop on a 40-minute boat journey from Nagasaki Port to Gunkanjima, also known as Hashima Island or Battleship Island. It's an incredible, surreal experience to finally see this abandoned ghost city, once the most densely populated island on Earth. You'll explore the crumbling concrete ruins and learn about its history as a coal mining island, which Mitsubishi Motors shut down in 1974. While you have to visit on a tour, it's a highly recommended, visually striking destination that ranks as one of the most incredible locations I've ever witnessed in Japan.
