Running on the sand is surprisingly difficult, as your feet sink in, but it's a fun challenge. Make sure to wear appropriate shoes, as mine got completely covered in sand!

Step into the world of yokai on Mizuki Shigeru Road. The entire street is filled with statues of various yokai, making it incredibly fun to walk around and discover new characters. Even the manholes and public toilets are themed. It's a great place for a food crawl, with many unique snacks to try while enjoying the whimsical atmosphere.

Find a hidden seafood restaurant slightly off the main Mizuki Shigeru Road, recommended by a viewer. The area is known for its fresh seafood. I splurged on the 'Tairyo-don' (Big Catch Bowl), a luxurious bowl topped with local fresh sashimi, sea urchin, crab, and salmon roe. The fish is incredibly fresh and delicious, especially the salmon, which is firm and not overly oily. It's a truly satisfying and indulgent lunch.

Visit the Yokai Post Office, where you can write a letter that will be delivered five years later during the Obon season. You can choose from various postcards, including wooden ones you can color yourself. I chose a Nekomusume design and colored it. The stamp is a random GeGeGe no Kitaro character, and the cost is 120 yen. I wrote a simple message to my 35-year-old self, wishing her well and hoping she's still a YouTuber, avoiding any specific predictions about marriage to prevent future disappointment.

Visit the Yokai Shrine, a unique shrine where you purify yourself with water from the 'Medama Oyaji' (Eyeball Father) spring. The eyeball moves, which is a fun surprise. I also saw a real black cat drinking water there, which felt like a special encounter with Nekomusume and a real cat.
