Riding the Tottori Sand Dunes Chairlift
I was actually scared of heights, but for the kids, I tried to be brave! It's like a gondola, but it's called a 'lift'. The ride is a bit long and winding, making me dizzy, but the views are amazing, almost like being in Egypt. You'll need to buy a ticket for ¥500 per adult. Hold on tight, especially if you're scared of heights like me! It feels like it sways a lot, but it's worth it for the views.

Exploring the Tottori Sand Dunes
Walking on the sand dunes is quite challenging, especially going uphill. It feels like being in Egypt with the vast sandy landscape. My child kept falling and rolling in the sand, so be prepared for sandy clothes! It's best to take off your shoes for easier walking, as the sand is soft. We walked all the way to the beach, which was beautiful and cold. It's a tiring but rewarding experience, especially seeing the ocean at the end.
