This is such a rare and fun activity! You get a personal grill right at your table. First, you'll place the dango on the hot grill. Make sure to flip them over as they start to cook to get that perfect toasty char. Be careful, the dango sticks to the grill pretty easily, so it's easier to flip them if you hold the grill down with your chopsticks. It takes about 10 minutes to get them perfectly grilled and piping hot. Once they're ready, you can dip them in various toppings like soy sauce, kuromitsu (traditional brown sugar syrup), kinako (roasted soybean powder), or anko (sweet red bean paste). The outside is perfectly grilled, crispy, and fragrant – it's an amazing flavor you should definitely try!
