It looks incredibly premium and tastes delicious, sweet, and melts on your tongue. It has nice wasabi underneath the rice.
- Lightly Seared Fish with Leek · ¥??? — A lightly seared white fish topped with finely shaved leek. The leeks add a great crunch and a crisp juiciness that complements the neutral fish.
- Premium Special Sushi (Shrimp, Uni, Salmon Roe, Tuna) · ¥??? — One of the super premium specials, featuring beautiful, good quality shrimp, uni (sea urchin), salmon roe, and a piece of tuna. The shrimp is incredibly sweet and melts in your mouth. The uni and salmon roe are also delicious.
