Walk with Akita Dogs
Join Yoshimi-san, the owner, for a walk with Su-chan and Fujiko, the inn's Akita dogs. They love going for walks, especially on paths without cars, and are incredibly gentle despite their large size. You'll notice Su-chan's 'raccoon face' and Fujiko's 'fox face' as they leisurely explore, sometimes stopping along the way. They go for walks twice a day, in the evening and morning, and guests can join if the timing is right. It's a peaceful way to see the picturesque town, especially beautiful with the greenery, and imagine it covered in cherry blossoms in spring. They do their business during walks, not at home!

Fujiko (Akita dog) — Su-chan's wife, a fluffy Akita dog with a 'fox face.' She's larger with a bigger appetite and loves cozying up on the sofa. If you get close to her face, she'll lick you unconditionally. She's currently shedding, so she's less fluffy than usual.
Akita dog plushie · ¥2200 — A cute Akita dog plushie, perfect as a souvenir. I made one mine for 2,200 yen. The inn also sells other Akita dog goods like cups and stickers.

Relax on the Veranda with Akita Dogs
After your walk, relax on the veranda with Su-chan and Fujiko. Yoshimi-san will prepare drinks and snacks for you. The dogs often sit and look out, attracting many passersby, and are very friendly and well-socialized. You might even get Su-chan to give you his paw! It's pure bliss, with the wonderful garden space healing your soul.

Wake up to energetic Akita dogs, ready for their morning walk and a simple breakfast prepared by Yoshimi-san. Spend your last moments giving Su-chan a belly massage and enjoying cozy time with Fujiko on the sofa. It's a truly healing and wonderful experience.
