The previous attempt started in Nagoya and ended up in Fukui, eventually returning to Nagoya. This time, we're aiming for Osaka or Fukuoka. We're given 500,000 yen to spend at the cabaret club if we succeed, but using Google Maps costs 10,000 yen per second, and asking Chat GPT for a 10-character question costs 30,000 yen. We're dropped off by a driver who then leaves us to figure out our way back. It's a true test of navigation and teamwork.

After being dropped in Shimane, we realize we're in a very rural, mountainous area. We drive for hours, getting deeper into the mountains, with no clear signs of civilization. Hunger sets in, as we haven't eaten for over 21 hours. We eventually see a sign for Tottori Prefecture, confirming we're heading in the right direction towards Osaka. The goal is to find a major road or highway to speed up progress, as the local roads are slow and winding. The mental and physical toll of the journey, combined with the hunger, makes decision-making difficult.

After realizing Yonago is not the direct path, we use Chat GPT to confirm Osaka is the closer major city. We find an interchange for the highway, which is a huge relief, allowing us to cover significant distance quickly. The excitement is palpable as we finally get on track. However, the extreme hunger leads to a detour at a Seven-Eleven. Despite knowing the smell would be an issue for the cabaret club, I impulsively buy Jiro-style ramen and black coffee. The strong garlic smell fills the car, causing immediate regret and tension among the group, but the hunger was too strong to resist. We continue towards Osaka, knowing we'll need to deal with the smell before reaching our destination.

Finally, we see signs for Osaka and get on the correct highway route. The excitement builds as we enter the city. We aim for Kitashinchi, known as Osaka's high-end cabaret district, similar to Ginza in Tokyo. Navigation within Osaka proves challenging, with many small roads and confusing signs. We use our remaining budget for Google Maps to pinpoint our location and confirm we're heading south towards the city center. After much searching and a few wrong turns, we spot a cabaret club sign in Kitashinchi. The car can't enter the pedestrian-heavy area, so we use binoculars to confirm the club's presence, officially completing the challenge. We book a nearby hotel and prepare for our well-deserved night out.
