I Injured Myself in Japan's Most Extreme South | Okinawa

Head to Ishigaki Port for parasailing. You're attached to a parachute and pulled by a boat out to sea, getting shot up about 200 meters high. It's terrifying but offers beautiful views of Ishigaki Island. I was very nervous, especially when realizing it's just a bit of cloth and rope holding you up. The first flight was scary, but the second one was even more turbulent due to wind. Never again!

To get to the Blue Cave, you first need to swim out to sea. It feels like a real Treasure Island adventure. The cave itself is stunning, looking artificially dyed with its vibrant blue color, and there's a secret beach inside. Head underwater to find dozens of tropical fish and coral reefs. I found a hermit crab and saw many tropical fish, making it my favorite location on the trip.

Try flyboarding, where you wear special shoes that use water jets to propel you into the air. It requires body strength and balance. The goal is to stay in the air the longest. It's a challenging but exhilarating experience. I struggled, but Joey managed an impressive 24 seconds of flight time.

Experience the Big Thriller, where you hold onto a board while a jet ski pulls you at high speeds. The challenge is to see who can hold on the longest without falling off. It's a wild ride, with the jet ski driver attempting risky maneuvers to shake you off. I managed to hold on for a long time, but the intense pressure of the water perforated my eardrum, causing severe pain and disorientation.
