Head to Odoru Udon Umeda, located on floor B2 near Osaka Station. They're really famous for their tempura mushrooms, so definitely try those. They have an English menu, which is super helpful. I got the mega deluxe insane many toppings udon, and it was freaking scrumptious! Even though I get migraines from mushrooms, I risked it for these, and it was worth it.
