After a long day of travel, we finally checked into our hotel, Dash Living Gojo. We took a tour of our room, which features a desk area for working, a couch with storage underneath, and a lot of space. The bed looks really cozy, and we appreciate the minimalist wooden interiors. The bathroom has even more wooden details, including a Japanese toilet and a separate Japanese shower and bathtub area. There's also an air purifier, a mini fridge, coffee cups, wine glasses, and drip coffee.

Good morning from Kyoto! After a full night's rest, we started our day with a morning walk around the beautiful, quaint neighborhood of Gojo where Dash Living is located. It's full of small shops and restaurants, very local, quiet, and scenic. We even spotted an interesting old dentist shop and some cherry blossoms.

We took a photo walk along the Kamo River, which is so interesting because the whole structure was built around a tiny shrine, surrounded by the river and a smaller stream. The smaller river leads to the bigger one. We even caught the most incredible bird feeding frenzy here!

We explored a Kyoto Shotengai, a traditional Japanese shopping street. It's a great place to experience local life and find unique items.

We went vintage shopping in Kyoto and found some really pretty vintage fabrics. It's a great way to discover unique treasures.

We visited the famous Nishiki Market, known as Kyoto's Kitchen. It's a bustling market where you can find all sorts of Japanese street food and fresh produce. We saw fresh strawberries picked in the morning, ready for you to enjoy.
