Creator's voice- Course Menu — The restaurant offers a course menu featuring various preparations of wagyu beef. The menu includes dishes like burrata cheese with Kyoto vegetables, Oita wagyu lean roast, seared wagyu tongue, wagyu chicken dashi, and wagyu sirloin steak.
- Assortment of Wagyu Appetizers — A beautifully plated starter with more than ten different small dishes, each unique and exceptionally flavorful. The presentation is artistic, and the taste is outstanding.
- Torched Beef Tongue — Thin slices of beef tongue are lightly torched at the table, creating a delicious and surprisingly enjoyable dish, even for those who might be hesitant to try beef tongue. It's incredibly tender and flavorful.
- Wagyu Skewer — A perfectly grilled wagyu skewer, cooked on the teppanyaki grill in front of you. The meat is tender and juicy, served with a flavorful sauce.
- Wagyu Tartare with Truffle Sauce — A unique wagyu tartare dish, unlike anything I've seen before. It's served with a rich truffle sauce and is incredibly delicious.
- Flower-shaped Wagyu with Broth — A visually stunning dish where wagyu beef is presented in the shape of a flower. Hot broth is poured over it, causing the petals to gently open and cook the meat. It's a beautiful and interactive culinary experience.
- Moonlight Rice (Tsukiakari) — Rice literally called 'Moonlight' (Tsukiakari), described as slightly sweet and incredibly delicious. It's served alongside the wagyu dishes to complement their rich flavors.
- Wagyu Sukiyaki — Wagyu beef prepared in a sukiyaki style, cooked on the grill and served with a raw egg yolk and green onions. The combination of the tender beef and the sweet, savory sukiyaki sauce is exquisite.
- Wagyu Steak — A perfectly grilled, thick cut of wagyu steak, presented as a square block and then sliced into bite-sized pieces. The steak is incredibly tender and flavorful, a highlight of the meal.
- Yatsuhashi Crepes — A surprising and delicious dessert featuring Yatsuhashi, a Kyoto specialty. These are small, soft crepes, and I got to choose the flavor, opting for apple lychee, which was excellent. It was my first time trying them.
