After checking in, head to the yukata selection area. There are many patterns and sizes to choose from. I picked a blue one, and my friend chose a white one. It's fun to pick out different styles and get into the traditional Japanese atmosphere.

The Jingubo is the hottest bedrock bath at Solaniwa Onsen, reaching 70°C. It's incredibly hot, so be prepared! After a short time, you'll need to escape and cool down in the adjacent relaxation area. It's a quick, intense heat experience.

The Nankobo has a beautiful chapel-like design with stained-glass windows. It's a cooler room, almost like a refrigerator, perfect for cooling down after a hot bath. The mist coming out is really refreshing and makes you feel cool and relaxed.

The Zashikibo is a tatami-floored bedrock bath with a very comfortable temperature. It feels very Japanese and is perfect for a gentle, relaxing warmth. The temperature is just right for a comfortable, extended stay.

The Teienbo features artificial sunlight, making you feel like you're basking in the sun. It's a unique experience where you can feel the warmth and light of the sun indoors, perfect for a gentle, natural-feeling relaxation.

The Endenbo is a salt-themed bedrock bath, and it's so comfortable that you might just fall asleep! The salt is said to be good for you, and the warmth is incredibly soothing. It's a great place to truly unwind and drift off.

After all the bedrock baths, head to the recliner area for a proper nap. The chairs are incredibly comfortable, and you can easily fall asleep anywhere here. It's the perfect spot to fully recharge before your next activity.

When it's lunchtime, head to Shokuraku Yokocho, the food alley. There are many options, but I chose a cold ramen and a ninja burger set, along with a mango and peach soda. The food is delicious and the ninja burger is a fun, unique dish. Don't forget to take some cute photos of your meal!

Try the fish therapy foot bath! It's a strange and ticklish sensation as the fish nibble at your feet. It's hard to describe the feeling, but it's definitely an experience. It's better not to look at your feet while the fish are working, just try to relax and enjoy the unique sensation. It's something you have to experience to understand!
