Personalized cocktail creation — Instead of a menu, you tell the bartender your mood or preferred alcohol, and they craft a unique, personalized drink just for you. I told them I liked whiskey sours, and they made something in a similar vibe but far more interesting than anything I would have ordered on my own. It's half the fun just watching them create it. My advice: don't over-explain; give them a base alcohol or a general direction and let them surprise you.
