My absolute favorite restaurant in Sapporo, a true hidden gem run by a family specializing in tendon bowls. The products are incredibly fresh, the food is so tasty, and the portions are very generous. It's a must-try when you're in Sapporo.

- Tendon bowl · ¥860 — A generous bowl of rice topped with various fried items like vegetables, shrimp, or fish, all accompanied by a delicious sauce. The portions are so large I couldn't even finish mine and had to take some home!
- Soba — They also offer soba noodles as an option, but you'd have to be incredibly hungry to try it alongside a tendon bowl, given how generous the portions are.
