To reach Ōkunoshima, take the Sea Spica high-speed boat. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the seats are designed like ocean waves so they don't block the views outside the windows. The deck view is amazing, and at the back of the boat, there are four hidden lounge chairs where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Even the restroom is thoughtful, with complete accessibility facilities. Along the way, you can see a naval port up close and witness the impressive moment when a submarine releases exhaust.

Head to Ōkunoshima, also known as Rabbit Island, where over 500 super social rabbits roam freely. They'll even spin in circles to act cute for food! You can feed them and watch them eat, sleep, and look out over the sea. It's a truly unique and heartwarming experience.

Take the ropeway up the mountain in Onomichi for a breathtaking panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea. It's the best way to see the entire charming town and its surrounding islands.

For the way down from the mountain, walking is highly recommended. You can stop by Senkoji Temple, which is famous for prayers for love and safe childbirth. Along the path, there's also Cat Alley, filled with cute cats to spot everywhere, adding to the town's unique atmosphere.
