- Raw Beef Bowl with Wasabi Avocado — A visually stunning raw beef bowl topped with a vibrant green wasabi avocado puree and a raw egg yolk. My friend Shun got this one, and it looked incredible.
- Raw Beef Bowl with Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe — My choice for lunch: a raw beef bowl generously topped with rich sea urchin (uni) and glistening salmon roe (ikura). It's a luxurious combination that I've always wanted to try, and it did not disappoint.
