Creator's voice- Pad Thai · $2 — The best Pad Thai in the market, made by a vendor with a long line. It's smothered in spicy peppers and crunchy peanuts, with chili flakes and fresh lime. So flavorful with soft, chewy, and comforting noodles. A 10/10 with chicken too!
- Massive Fried Chicken Cutlets · $2.70 — Massive chicken cutlets that are double-fried and dusted in a really spicy seasoning. Thai fried chicken is extra crispy because they use rice flour, so the crust shatters when you bite it. It's super crunchy. Rated 7.5/10, needed a little more meat.
- Giant Thai Tea with Whipped Cream · $3.40 — The biggest cup of Thai tea I've ever seen, topped with a tower of whipped cream. It's thick, sweet, and refreshing. The whipped cream is fluffy and addictive. Rated 8/10.
- Seafood Pancakes — These seafood pancakes remind me of takoyaki but are a bit more eggy and buttery. The seafood was fresh, and the edges of the pancake were perfectly crispy. The shrimp had a really good snap and was plump. Rated 8/10, really rich.
- Fried Grasshoppers — Crunchy fried grasshoppers, which the creator found more unsettling than scorpions, possibly due to 'A Bug's Life'. Not her favorite, but crunchy. Rated 9/10 for the first one.
