Creator's voice- Hamburger steak (plain) — The first 90-gram hamburger steak is recommended to be eaten plain. It's lightly seasoned, incredibly juicy, and you can taste the char from the grill and the pure, high-quality flavor of the beef. The creator was mind-blown by how simple yet incredible it was.
- Miso soup — Part of the set meal, the miso soup is described as probably the best the creator had in Japan.
- Furikake blend — One of the homemade toppings available, this furikake blend for your rice is an absolute favorite. The creator had no idea what was in it, but found it insane.
- Hamburger steak with grated radish and ponzu — For the second hamburger steak, the restaurant recommends eating it with grated radish and ponzu, a citrusy soy sauce. This combination lightens up the beef and cuts through its richness.
- Hamburger steak with raw egg yolk — For the last hamburger steak, you dip the beef into a raw egg yolk. Japanese eggs are super high quality, so there's no risk of salmonella. After dipping, pour any leftover egg over your rice, which has been soaking up the burger's flavors between bites.
