Creator's voice- Pad Thai · $0.90 — A massive, steamy plate of Pad Thai for only 90 cents. It features chewy noodles, crunchy bean sprouts, spicy chili peppers, crunchy peanuts, and a fresh acidic pop from the limes. It's a 10/10 for its flavor and value.
- Thai Boat Noodles · $0.83 — Authentic Thai boat noodles for 83 cents. The broth is made with pork blood, which adds a velvety richness without tasting like blood. It also has fresh, aromatic basil that cuts through the intense savory flavors. A 9/10 experience.
- Mango Sticky Rice · $2.14 — This mango sticky rice cost $2.14, which felt expensive for the food court but was absolutely worth it. The mango was the sweetest, softest, most tender fruit, fully melting in your mouth. A 10/10 for its incredible sweetness and texture.
- Crispy Thai Crepes (Khanom Buang) · $0.76 — Tiny crispy crepes, costing 76 cents for eight, making them less than 10 cents per pancake. The salted egg coconut ones were the best, offering a really sweet flavor with a delicate crunch and a smooth, marshmallow-fluff-like filling. An 8/10.
- Creamy Chili Yaowarat Bun · $1.16 for 2 — One of the viral Yaowarat buns, this creamy chili one had a thick, almost smoky savory filling. It was so rich, the cream reminded me of a cheese, almost like a queso. The bun itself was soft and buttery. A 7/10.
- Pandan Yaowarat Bun · $1.16 for 2 — This pandan-filled Yaowarat bun was my favorite. It was sweet and vanilla-y, with a little nutty and fresh flavor, and a crispy edge. I'm so obsessed with this one. A 10/10.
- Stewed Pork with Rice · $1.92 — A plate of pork stewed for hours, served with rice and a boiled egg for $1.92. You can get it roasted and crispy and sweet, or stewed and moist and so tender. It was a bit oily, but still a 7/10. They also had pork intestines, which had a texture similar to squid.
- Thai Roti with Condensed Milk — This Thai roti almost reminded me of a mochi because it was so soft and squishy. It was a little bit oily but so sweet, especially with the condensed milk. A 7/10.
