Customize your own Kaisendon
At Aomori Gyosai Center, you first buy tickets, then choose your ingredients, which are charged differently. Start with rice, then add fish, botan ebi, local uni, or whatever you like to build a whole seafood tower. The quality and price are amazing. Don't forget to clean up after you eat!
- Scallop — The biggest scallop I've ever had, incredibly fresh and delicious. It was my favorite bite of the entire trip.
- Kaisendon ingredients — A wide variety of fresh seafood ingredients are available, including different cuts of fish, botan ebi (shrimp), and local uni (sea urchin), all charged by ticket.
- Tickets for Kaisendon · ¥2,200 — You purchase tickets first, which are then used to 'buy' your desired ingredients for the custom seafood bowl. A sheet of 8 tickets costs ¥2,200.
