Their house-made thin noodles are crafted from two types of wheat flour (Miyazaki “Hanado” and “Haruyo Koi”), and are infused with turmeric and soy milk, giving them a delicate flavor and silky texture.

- Tomato Ramen with Melted Cheese and Eggplant — A unique tomato ramen topped with a generous amount of melted cheese and tender eggplant. The soup tastes like an incredible tomato soup, but deeper and richer while still refreshing. The thin noodles soak up all that flavor perfectly, and the cheese melts right into the broth. It's not traditional ramen, but I loved this bowl.
- Tomato Ramen with Green Onions — Another version of their signature tomato ramen, generously loaded with fresh green onions. The soup is light, slightly tart, and umami-packed, with thin noodles that perfectly absorb the flavor.
- Spring Rolls — Crispy spring rolls served as a starter, which were really good.
- Gyoza in Broth — Gyoza served in a flavorful broth, a really good starter before the main ramen event.
- House Chili Sauce — Their house chili sauce adds extra heat to the tomato ramen, which I highly recommend for an added kick that works really well with the tomato base.
